Life stinks.

You look outside your window and what do you see? Signs of a decaying society? The threat of Corporations influencing Government policies? Men wearing brown shoes withs black suits? Builders in jeans which actually fit them?

Maybe my musings on life in general have no reflection in life whatsoever. Or it could be that I've had a heavy lunch as usual.

Last December, I went to my local G.P to complain (why do we use the word complain? I mean, it sounds pretty anal retentive to "complain" about a health problem!) about chest pains. I was then referred to my hospital for a ECG/blood test. Fortunately, I'm not about to die of a heart attack, althought I've been warned to reduce my cholestrol levels.

Is it me or does everything that taste good in life have lots of cholestrol? Fry ups, Stellla, KFC?

Mankind stands on a technological threshold - soon, we'll be sending men to Mars, and we'll be cloning poodles and other digusting furry animals, yet we still don't have a Human Friendly KFC yet?
